At Finch Bakery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible retail items. Please note that for food safety and hygiene reasons, perishable goods and custom orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your parcel back to our fulfillment center.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
