How are your baked goods packaged for shipping?

All our treats are individually wrapped and nestled in protective, eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive at your doorstep as fresh and beautiful as they left our kitchen.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Please note that weekend deliveries may vary based on your location.

Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?

We strive to be inclusive! We have a dedicated range of gluten-free and vegan brownies and cookies. You can find these clearly labeled in our 'Special Diets' collection.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our brownies and cookies stay fresh for up to 10 days if kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' box where you can write a custom note that we will print on a beautiful Finch Bakery card.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing, but if your order is damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours with a photo of the package so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
